That's A Lot Of Raisins

Recipe for raisin wine? raisin jam? Not sure.

25 lbs raisins
add 4 gal water
10 sugar

Let stand 3 weeks

Heat on stove after 1 gal. water is added to raisins then grind up and add the 4 gal of water and 10 sugar.
