If there's one thing I've learned since starting Forgotten Bookmarks in 2007, you guys love old etiquette books:
The book is "Manners: Culture and Dress of the Best American Society, including Social, Commercial and Legal Forms, Letter Writing, Invitations; also Valuable Suggestions on Self Culture and Home Training" by Richard A. Wells. Published by King, Richardson and Co., 1986.
