May I say, I am astounded that books yield up so many, and so many varied, forgotten bookmarks. I knew there were some to be found, but day by day I look forward to seeing the little treasures that are tucked away between the pages of your books. Thanks so much for sharing.
I have this same bookmark but with out the Indian on top. Also, on the bottom it says " The Catskills, Round Top". It was my father's. My mother told me they got it at a souvenir shop in the Catkills- NY in the 70's.

ReplyDeleteI have one these from Lake Tahoe except it has a cat wearing a bow tie. My mom bought it back in the 1950’s.
