I started my own blog this year and I began a feature called "Left Inside" in which I do something similar to what you do here. But I tend to choose items that have something to do with the history of America's popular culture. I go into great detail researching the item and discussing what I find. Indeed they are, but most came from the days when I wouldn't keep track of what book I found them in.
