Recipe for "Rice Dainty (pudding)" -
3/4 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. fruit - chopped
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. cream - whipped
Mix rice, fruit + honey.
Fold in whipped cream + chill well.

ReplyDeleteThat doesn't sound particularly good, but I want to try making it now. I wonder what kind of "fruit" I should use.
ReplyDeleteoooh, I think it would be scrummy with raspberries to cut the honey and cream. or maybe stone fruit poached in wine and vanilla beans... now I really want to try it :-)
