I was so pleased with yesterday's negative scanning, I decided to dig up the rest of the mysterious negs I had been saving.
The results:
Just a guess, but tThese all appear to be from the same roll of film. I'll post more of the photos I've found next week.

This is so great. Some of them look like yearbook photos. Brilliant idea. Love your blog.
ReplyDeleteThese are reallly great pics--er--negatives
ReplyDeleteLove these... you could almost write a story of a "day in the life" from these photos...
ReplyDeleteyes it looks like year book photos from the mid 80's. some of the others look like they were experimenting with the camera :)
ReplyDeleteDo the negatives have a date on them? I'd guess the 1980s. Not a clue anywhere that I can see to give a location.
ReplyDeleteThat appears to be one overstuffed chicken!
ReplyDeleteWow, those hairdos give me flashbacks to high school! I'd place these in the early 80s.
ReplyDeleteSomeone had a good eye.
ReplyDeletePlease share what kind of scanner you used. I have a lot of negatives that I would like to scan and preserve.
ReplyDeleteNancy, I bought a Canon CanoScan 8800F. It cost just under $200 - but most scanners can scan negatives with the correct attachment. I'm sure you can get a good solid scanner for under $100 for what you would need.
ReplyDeleteWow, these are absolutely amazing! One of my favorites from your blog for sure. I agree with the 1980's as well.
ReplyDeleteLooks like somewhere in the '83-'85 range. Can tell by the hair and clothes and even glasses of some kids. Funny how there's no way to tell by looking at any of the adults in any of the pictures!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, what a trip on the school photos! Great scans, we just converted all my father-in-law's slides. What fun, can't wait to see what other gems you have hidden in negatives.
